WASHINGTON, Oct. 12 -- The U.S. Department of Transportation, through the Federal Railroad Administration, has unveiled the FY26-23-CCD-New_Haven_Line_Improvements initiative aimed at enhancing the New Haven Line's track speed. With a total funding allocation of $12 million, this grant intends to facilitate a project that improves the safety, efficiency, and reliability of intercity passenger and freight rail services.
