WASHINGTON, Oct. 2 -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture, through its Rural Utilities Service, has launched a $35 million Technical Assistance and Training Grant Program aimed at enhancing water and waste management in rural areas. The program is set to support approximately 40 nonprofit organizations across the nation by providing crucial resources to tackle pressing water and waste issues.
