WASHINGTON, Oct. 2 -- The U.S. Department of Education has announced the establishment of the Mental Health Service Professional (MHSP) Demonstration Grant Program, aimed at enhancing mental health services in elementary and secondary schools nationwide. This initiative, under the Office of Elementary and Secondary Education (OESE), allocates $10 million to support innovative strategies that address the growing mental health needs of students.
