WASHINGTON, Sept. 28 -- The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development has announced the Resident Opportunity and Self-Sufficiency Service Coordinator (ROSS-SC) Program for Fiscal Year 2025. The initiative aims to enhance the quality of life for residents in public housing by funding service coordinators who help connect families with resources such as education, job training, and health services.
With an award range between $272,255 and $816,750, the ROSS-SC Program is design . . .
