WASHINGTON, Sept. 16 -- Additional Judgeship for Idaho (S. 54), introduced by Sen. Mike Crapo, R-ID, on January 9, 2025, has been analyzed by the Congressional Research Service. This legislation aims to increase the number of U.S. district court judgeships for the District of Idaho from two to three, addressing a growing need for judicial resources in the state.
