WASHINGTON, Sept. 16 -- The Justice for 9/11 Act (S. 34), introduced by Sen. Tom Cotton, R-AR, on January 8, 2025, has been analyzed by the Congressional Research Service. This legislation aims to ensure that individuals linked to the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks cannot escape prosecution through plea agreements and establishes stringent conditions for their confinement.
