WASHINGTON, Sept. 12 -- The U.S. Department of Justice, through its Bureau of Justice Assistance, has unveiled the BJA FY25 DNA Capacity Enhancement for Backlog Reduction (CEBR) - Formula Grants Program. This initiative aims to bolster the capacity of state and local government units that operate existing crime laboratories conducting DNA analysis.
