WASHINGTON, Sept. 7 -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture, through the National Institute of Food and Agriculture (NIFA), has unveiled an opportunity for nonprofit organizations to apply for Rural Cooperative Development Grants (RCDG). The program aims to enhance the economic landscape of rural areas by providing up to $1 million for each successful applicant, with a total funding pool of $5.8 million expected to support approximately 10 awards.
