WASHINGTON, Sept. 1 -- The U.S. Department of Defense, through the Washington Headquarters Services, has launched the FY25 Vietnam Wartime Accounting Initiative Cooperative Agreements to enhance the United States' commitment to addressing war legacy issues in Vietnam.
