WASHINGTON, Aug. 25 -- The Orthopaedic Surgery Center in Wisconsin has submitted a public comment letter to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, urging the agency to eliminate the Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC) weight scalar.
