WASHINGTON, Aug. 25 -- The Orthopaedic Associates of Wisconsin has submitted a public comment letter to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), urging the agency to rethink its payment structures for Ambulatory Surgical Centers (ASCs).
