WASHINGTON, Aug. 23 -- University of California - Irvine professor of Medicine Morton J. Kern submitted a public comment letter to the U.S. Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services urging the agency to change a proposed rule that would affect coding and payment for a cardiovascular technology.
