WASHINGTON, Aug. 15 -- The U.S. Department of Transportation, through the 69A345 Office of the Under Secretary for Policy, has unveiled the Innovative Finance and Asset Concession (IFAC) Grant Program designed to bolster innovative approaches in the financing and development of transportation projects across the country.
