WASHINGTON, Aug. 12 -- Sen. Richard J. Durbin, D-IL, has introduced the Reforming Evergreening and Manipulation that Extends Drug Years Act, aimed at streamlining the approval process for generic drugs and curbing practices that inhibit competition in the pharmaceutical market.
