WASHINGTON, Aug. 9 -- The U.S. Department of Defense, through its Air Force -- Research Lab, has launched a new grant opportunity aimed at enhancing capabilities in cognitive warfare. The solicitation, titled Information Mastery in Cognitive Warfare, offers an award ceiling of $24.1 million, with an estimated total funding of the same amount, under Solicitation FA384-25-S-B007.
