WASHINGTON, June 20 -- The U.S. Department of Defense Engineer Research and Development Center has announced a cooperative agreement opportunity to support oyster restoration efforts in Maryland's Herring Bay Sanctuary.
This initiative, titled "Oyster Larval Transport/Hydrodynamic Modeling for the Herring Bay Sanctuary, Maryland," aims to inform a restoration plan for sustainable oyster populations.
