WASHINGTON, June 3 -- The U.S. State Department Bureau of International Security-Nonproliferation (ISN) today unveiled a new federal grant opportunity aimed at curbing the proliferation of advanced conventional weapons (ACW) by China and Russia.
The grant titled "Countering Chinese and Russian Proliferation of Advanced Conventional Weapons," underscores the U.S. commitment to addressing the global security implications of these sales.
