WASHINGTON, June 2 -- The U.S. Department of State, through its U.S. Mission to Cote d'Ivoire, has announced a new federal grant opportunity, "Cross Border University Partnership Initiatives." This program aims to establish sustainable linkages between American and Ivoirian universities, fostering academic collaboration, research partnerships, and student exchanges.
