WASHINGTON, April 15 -- The U.S. Department of Commerce National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is offering approximately $600,000 in grant funding to support the development of Sustainable Coral Reef Fisheries Management Plans (CR-FMPs) across the Hawaiian Islands.
