WASHINGTON, April 3 -- Sen. Jim Banks, R-IN, has introduced Tyler's Law, a significant piece of legislation aimed at addressing the opioid crisis by requiring the Secretary of Health and Human Services to evaluate and potentially advocate for routine fentanyl testing in hospital emergency departments for overdose patients.
