WASHINGTON, March 13 -- The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) is offering $395,000 in funding for research on the biological control of Arundo donax, an invasive giant cane that threatens water resources and ecosystems in Southern California.
The application deadline is April 14, 2025, with a maximum award of $120,000. This opportunity is restricted to non-federal partners of the Californian Cooperative Ecosystems Studies Unit (CESU).
