WASHINGTON, March 13 -- The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), through the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), has announced a $7.15 million funding opportunity for the Rural Opioid Technical Assistance Regional Centers program (TI-25-004).

This initiative aims to combat opioid and stimulant misuse in rural communities by establishing regional centers of excellence that will provide training and technical assistance.
