WASHINGTON, March 13 -- The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), through the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), has announced a $2 million funding opportunity under the Tribal Behavioral Health: Substance Use Prevention program (SP-25-004).
