WASHINGTON, Feb. 12 -- The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has announced the Laboratory Flexible Funding Model (LFFM) grant program for state and tribal human and animal food testing laboratories.
This initiative aims to enhance food safety capabilities through microbiology, chemistry, and radiochemistry testing, as well as method development and food defense preparedness.
The program has an award ceiling of $1.5 million per recipient, with no minimum funding amount . . .
