WASHINGTON, Jan. 21 -- The Office on Violence Against Women (OVW) has announced the Fiscal Year 2025 Special Tribal Criminal Jurisdiction (STCJ) Grant Program, with $8 million in funding aimed at supporting Tribal governments in exercising or preparing to exercise criminal jurisdiction over non-Indians who commit "covered crimes" within their jurisdictions.
