WASHINGTON, Jan. 20 -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture's (USDA) National Institute of Food and Agriculture (NIFA) has opened applications for the Alaska Native-Serving and Native Hawaiian-Serving Institutions Education Competitive Grants Program.
