WASHINGTON, Dec. 28 -- Sen. Marsha Blackburn, R-Tenn., introduced the "Access to Pediatric Technologies Act" on Sept. 25, 2024. The text of the bill was released on Dec. 25.

This Act may be cited as the "Access to Pediatric Technologies Act of 2024".
