WASHINGTON, Dec. 19 -- Sen. George Helmy, D-N.J., introduced the "Congressman Bill Pascrell Jr. Traumatic Brain Injury Program Renaming Act" on Sept. 23, 2024. The text of the bill was released on Dec. 18.
