WASHINGTON, Dec. 9 -- Sen. Cory Booker, D-N.J., introduced the "Fair Future Act" on Sept. 19, 2024. The text of the bill was released on Dec. 8.

S. 5111. A bill to amend the Fair Housing Act to repeal the Thurmond amendment; to the Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs.
