WASHINGTON, Oct. 7 -- Sen. Richard J. Durbin, D-Ill., introduced the "Reforming Evergreening and Manipulation that Extends Drug Years Act" on July 31, 2024. The text of the bill was released on Sept. 29.
S. 4878. A bill to amend the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act with respect to approval of abbreviated new drug applications; to the Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions.
