WASHINGTON, July 9 -- Sen. Robert Casey Jr., D-Pa., introduced the "Higher Education Grant Flexibility Act" on May 21, 2024. The text of the bill was released on July 8.
S. 4379. A bill to amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to change certain grant requirements for certain students with disabilities, and for other purposes; to the Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions.
The bill is cosponsored by Sens. Chris Van Hollen, D-Md., and Cory Booker, D-N.J.
