WASHINGTON, May 26 -- Sen. Marsha Blackburn, R-Tenn., introduced the "Protecting Workers From Coercion Act" on April 16, 2024. The text of the bill was released on May 20.
S. 4133. A bill to amend the National Labor Relations Act to require secret ballot elections, and for other purposes; to the Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions.
The bill is cosponsored by Sens. Tommy Tuberville, R-Ala., and Bill Hagerty, R-Tenn.
