WASHINGTON, April 11 -- Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, introduced the "Spectrum Pipeline Act" on March 12, 2024. The text of the bill was released on April 8.
S. 3909. A bill to require the Federal Communications Commission to auction spectrum in the band between 1.3 gigahertz and 13.2 gigahertz, and for other purposes; to the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation.
The bill is cosponsored by Sens. John Thune, R-S.D., and Marsha Blackburn, R-Tenn.
