WASHINGTON, April 2 -- The Iowa Department of Justice issued an 11-page report on March 20, 2024, entitled "Incident of January 8, 2024 - Sioux City, Iowa - Sioux City Police Department Officers Dyllon Frederickson and Brice Talbott." The report was presented by Iowa Attorney General Brenna Bird and Assistant Attorney General Ryan D. Baldridge, of the state prosecutions section.
