WASHINGTON, March 29 -- Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas, introduced legislation on March 5, 2024. The text of the bill was released on March 23.

S. 3861. A bill to terminate the United States-People's Republic of China Income Tax Convention if the People's Liberation Army initiates an armed attack against Taiwan; to the Committee on Finance.

The bill is cosponsored by Sens. Christopher Coons, D-Del., Bill Cassidy, R-La., and Catherine Cortez Masto, D-Nev.
