WASHINGTON, Jan. 23 -- The U.S. Department of State announced that it expects to award grants for strengthening U.S.-Luxembourg bilateral ties through bolstering security and defense.
The agency description of the grant states: "The Public Diplomacy Section (PD) of the U.S. Embassy in Luxembourg, U.S. Department of State, announces an open competition for organizations to submit applications to carry out programs strengthening bilateral ties between the United States and Luxembourg . . .
