WASHINGTON, Jan. 18 -- The U.S. Department of State announced that it expects to award grants for programs to strengthen U.S.-Luxembourg bilateral ties through engaging students in English.
The agency description of the grant states: "The Public Diplomacy Section (PD) of the U.S. Embassy in Luxembourg announces an open competition for organizations to submit applications to carry out programs strengthening bilateral ties between the United States and Luxembourg on Engaging Students . . .
