WASHINGTON, Sept. 23 -- The U.S. Department of Commerce announced that it expects to award up to five cooperative agreements for the expansion of capacity to adapt to climate impacts.
The agency description of the cooperative agreement states: "The Climate Adaptation Partnerships (CAP) program in the Climate and Societal Interactions (CSI) division of the Climate Program Office is an applied research and engagement program that expands society's regional capacity to adapt to climate . . .
