WASHINGTON, Sept. 23 -- The Environmental Protection Agency announced that it expects to award up to 100 grants for tribal climate pollution reduction programs.
The agency description of the grant states: "This notice of funding opportunity (NOFO) announces the availability of up to $300 million for for competitive grants to eligible applicants to implement GHG reduction programs, policies, projects, and measures (collectively referred to as "GHG reduction measures," or "measures") . . .
