WASHINGTON, April 29 -- The U.S. Department of Justice's Bureau of Justice Assistance announced that it expects to award up to 10 cooperative agreements for innovative strategies to reduce crime and improve community safety.
The agency description of the cooperative agreement states: "OJP is committed to advancing work that promotes civil rights and racial equity, increases access to justice, supports crime victims and individuals impacted by the justice system, strengthens communit . . .
