WASHINGTON, April 29 -- The U.S. Department of the Interior's U.S. Geological Survey announced that it expects to award a cooperative agreement for fuel loads assessment.
The agency description of the cooperative agreement states: "The U.S. Geological Survey Southwest Biological Science Center (SBSC) is offering a funding opportunity to a CESU Partner to provide assistance to assess fuel loads in the southwestern U.S. with light detection and ranging (LiDAR) technologies."
