WASHINGTON, Feb. 28 -- The U.S. Department of Education announced that it expects to award up to 30 grants for the improvement of the delivery of services to migratory children.
The agency description of the grant states: "The purpose of the MEP CIG program is to provide incentive grants to State educational agencies (SEAs) that participate in a consortium with one or more other SEAs or other appropriate entities to improve the delivery of services to migratory children whose educat . . .
