WASHINGTON, March 2 -- The U.S. Department of the Interior's U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service announced that it expects to award grants for endangered species conservation in Region 5 states including Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, and West Virginia.
