WASHINGTON, Nov. 21 -- Sen. Cory Booker, D-N.J., has introduced legislation (S. 5120) to "amend the Second Chance Act of 2007 to require identification for returning citizens."
The bill was introduced on Nov. 17. It was referred to the Senate Judiciary Committee.
