WASHINGTON, Nov. 23 -- Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand, D-N.Y., has introduced legislation (S. 9) to "provide for the vacating of certain convictions and expungement of certain arrests of victims of human trafficking."
The bill was introduced on Nov. 17 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Rob Portman, R-Ohio. It was referred to the Senate Judiciary Committee.
