WASHINGTON, Nov. 22 -- Sen. Mike Lee, R-Utah, has introduced legislation (S. 6) to "improve the requirements for making a determination of interchangeability of a biological product and its reference product."
The bill was introduced on Nov. 17. It was referred to the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee.
