WASHINGTON, Oct. 5 -- Sen. Christopher Coons, D-Del., has introduced legislation (*) to "amend the Small Business Investment Act of 1958 to modify fees and funding for certain small business refinancing loans and loans to qualified State or local development companies."
The bill was introduced on Sept. 29 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Jeanne Shaheen, D-N.H. It was referred to the Senate Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs Committee.
