WASHINGTON, Oct. 5 -- Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, has introduced legislation (S. 5053) to "provide for the meaningful participation of Taiwan in the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO)."
The bill was introduced on Sept. 29 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Jeff Merkley, D-Ore. It was referred to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.
