WASHINGTON, Oct. 5 -- Sen. Benjamin Cardin, D-Md., has introduced legislation (S. 5044) to "improve the Federal contracting programs of the Small Business Administration."
The bill was introduced on Sept. 29 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Tammy Duckworth, D-Ill. It was referred to the Senate Small Business and Entrepreneurship Committee.
