WASHINGTON, Oct. 5 -- Sen. Tom Cotton, R-Ark., has introduced legislation (S. 5034) to "authorize additional appropriations to increase the production of munitions and ammunition to deter Russian and Chinese aggression."
The bill was introduced on Sept. 29 and was co-sponsored by Sens. Deb Fischer, R-Neb., Rick Scott, R-Fla., and Mike Rounds, R-S.D. It was referred to the Senate Armed Services Committee.
